An A.M.P. resident completed their first professional EP after 12 weeks of one-on-one mentorship with an EQ producer.

Twenty young artists performed original music to a packed house at EQ's first community showcase event.

“Before EQ, I never thought I could make music. The mentorship program showed me I had a voice worth hearing. Now I'm producing my own tracks and mentoring other kids.”

Youth Program Graduate
Every session, every mentor, every dollar. They all come together to give young artists a future in music.
Our programs serve young musicians facing disability, hardship, and limited access, giving them professional mentorship, studio time, and a community that believes in their potential.
A personalized, ongoing development track for artists ready to build their brand, refine their sound, and prepare for professional release. Each artist is paired with a dedicated EQ Records producer for private monthly sessions covering vocal coaching, songwriting, image direction, and release strategy. No fixed end date — the program runs as long as the artist is active.
An intensive 8-week program designed for emerging producers looking to master the fundamentals of beat making, sound design, and music arrangement. Participants work directly with EQ Records producers in both group workshops and private 1-on-1 studio sessions. Each cohort produces a minimum of 4 original tracks, culminating in a final listening party at The Stage.
Every gift covers studio time, mentorship hours, and adaptive equipment. Choose a campaign below to see where your donation makes an impact.
