Why we exist.
EQ Records was built around a single observation: talented young musicians, especially those with disabilities or limited financial resources, rarely get access to professional production environments, mentors, or industry guidance.
The cost of recording, the cost of mentorship, and the cost of equipment quietly shut doors before an artist ever has a chance to walk through them. We are here to open those doors.
Through the Artist Mentoring Program (A.M.P.), we connect emerging musicians under 25 with experienced producers, engineers, and industry professionals.

The Artist Mentoring
Program
A.M.P. is the engine that powers everything we do, connecting emerging musicians with professional producers, studio access, and a pathway to release.
Mentorship
Pair one-on-one with a professional producer-mentor for 12 weeks of hands-on guidance, feedback, and creative development.
Studio Access
24 hours of professional studio time in a fully-equipped recording environment, at no cost to the artist.
Production Support
Tracking, arrangement, mixing, and mastering. Full label-grade production from first note to final master.
Industry Guidance
Practical direction on release strategy, performance, branding, and growing a sustainable career in music.
Adaptive Tools
Specialized controllers, screen-reader DAWs, and creative problem-solving for artists with disabilities.
Release Pathway
Real opportunities to put original work into the world under the EQ Records label on all major platforms.

Nonprofit Status Secured
EQ Records becomes an officially registered nonprofit, opening the door to grants and tax-deductible donations.

First A.M.P. Cohort Launches
The Artist Mentoring Program enrolls its first class, pairing them with professional producer-mentors.

Vision 2 Victory Partnership
Nine blind high school students write, record, and produce an original song in a single day.

Studio Expansion Begins
